In my one-on-one sessions, we create a space just for you, where you can bring the challenges, questions, or goals that are most present in your life. As we talk, I am continually working with the energy, shifting what feels heavy or stuck into something more harmonious and life-giving.
Most sessions last about 50 minutes and typically take place by phone. For international clients, or for children and teens who do better with visual interaction, we can connect over Zoom. To get the most from your session, I encourage you to come well-hydrated and to find a quiet, comfortable place where you can fully relax and focus inward.
At the beginning of each session, we set an intention together. From there, I tune in and ask the Divine for guidance. Over the past decade, I have honed my intuition through hundreds of healing sessions, and I’ve seen again and again how accurate and supportive this guidance can be. What often comes forward are limiting beliefs, old traumas, or emotional energy that has been stored in the body. As I share what comes through, the energy begins to shift. You may notice changes right away in your body, in your mood, or even in your relationships.
Although a single session can create powerful shifts, healing is often like peeling back the layers of an onion. That is why I offer healing packages. Working together over time creates trust and flow, allowing us to go deeper and address the roots of what is holding you back.
